This week we started having Hadley sleep in her own room during the night instead of in our room with us. She has done great! She used to sleep in her Newborn Napper all the time and over the last month or so, we've tried to get her used to sleeping in her crib. She had only taken naps in her crib until a couple nights ago when we tried letting her spend the whole night in it. I was expecting some difficulties, but she did amazingly well. The first night she slept 11 hrs. straight and didn't make a peep! Last night, she slept 11-1/2 hrs straight. I have been so proud of her and definitely really happy that Rey and I are finally getting to sleep through the night.
Hadley is rolling over all the time and she actually seems to enjoy being on her belly now. Most of the time, when we lay her on her back now, she'll roll over to her belly and just hang out like that for awhile. She tries to push off with her legs and she can actually start scooting across the floor if you let her. She's not crawling yet, but I don't think it will be long!
It also looks like Hadley will be sitting up by herself soon. She's pretty good at it now, but she'll lean forward and get stuck like that. I don't think she's figured out that she can just push back up into the sitting position with her arms.
I've tried to get started again trying to feed her with a spoon this week. We had to take a break for awhile while Rey was in the hospital but I'm trying to get back into it. She does lean towards the spoon with her mouth open, but she still hasn't mastered swallowing everything she takes in. A lot of it still dribbles back down her chin but we'll keep working on it!

I can't believe that you didn't have to deal with the "crying through the night" fiasco that some parents do when they try to get their babies to sleep through the night. She is just a dream...and definitely a cutie pie!
