Gift from Grandmom

I got a funny gift in the mail from my Grandmom today that I just had to share with you all. It's a pregnancy voodoo doll! I'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to be used, but I'm assuming that when you stick an area with the pin, it's supposed to take away that symptom? Or maybe if I'm using it against someone, I could stick the area with the pin and GIVE them that symptom? I wouldn't do that, though...
